FROM THE EAST:
Gentlemen,
We had a busy February, including two called communications, a FC degree, and a Valentine’s Day dinner with 33 attendees. We passed four brothers to FC, and they are progressing quickly through their catechisms.
We also balloted on and approved three new brothers, and will be having an EA degree Mar. 13th for Candidates Ron Wheat, David Felty, and Matthew Fair. W:. Michael Sargent will be bringing his team from Daytona #270 to put on the degree. Thank You, Mike!
Our DDGM Official visit is Mar. 27, and R:. W:. Bill Yates will be treating us to a dinner of venison meat loaf with all the trimmings!
Now that the hustle of January installations and February’s two called communications has passed, we will be having Officer’s meetings every 1st & 3rd Tuesday and 2nd & 4th Monday, 7:30 pm for degree & ritual practice and catechism instruction. Any brother is encouraged to attend.

You have seen my message about the Masonic Medical Research Laboratory (MMRL) here for a few months now.
Every Florida Lodge was tasked to raise $1000 for the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Florida’s flagship charity, and I am happy to announce we have accomplished that goal already, three months ahead of schedule!
Owing to generous donations from YOU, the brothers of St. Johns, and our fundraising golf tournament in December, we have met the $1000 goal. What do you think about exceeding the Grand Lodge’s expectations of us, and raising EVEN MORE money for this worthwhile charity?
